ORDERS, PAYMENTS, DELIVERY, RETURNS
Prices indicated include VAT.
Items will be delivered within the fixed period, apart from cases where the client wants delivery later than the specified date. In these cases the client must notify us of this at the moment of placing the order.
Occasionally some products ordered may not be available within the agreed deadline. In this case, we will contact the customer as quickly as possible to notify them so they can decide whether to continue with the order, cancel it or accept a new delivery deadline.
DELIVERY
PALMA AND ADJOINING MUNICIPALITIES (Calviá, Puigpunyent, Esporles, Valldemossa, Bunyola, Santa Maria, Santa Eugenia, Marratxí, Llucmajor) delivery will be carried out by our company.
Delivery will be on the following day (apart from orders made on Friday and Saturday which will be delivered on the following Monday) to the address indicated by the client, although if preferred, we can deliver to your place of work.
If at the moment of delivery the delivery person finds no-one in, the order will be delivered on the following day.
If at this second attempt of delivery the client is not at home at the agreed time, the product will be returned to our store and the order considered cancelled.
Transport costs for the client for each delivery shall be 3 euros for Palma and 5 euros for adjoining municipalities. Orders that amount to 25 euros or more will be free of charge.
In the event that your delivery has been damaged in transport, you should communicate this to us, making a note on the invoice and informing us as soon as possible, at all events before 24 hours has passed from receipt of the order. After this time, no claims will be accepted for this motive. Do not throw away the packaging until you have checked that the product has reached you in perfect condition.
On receipt of the order check that it corresponds to that which you ordered with regards to the number of items and model. If it does not correspond to your order, you should make the corresponding claim immediately within a period of 24 hours of receipt of the order.
Please note that orders for anti-parasite products will only be delivered to adults over 18 years of age and in person.
OTHER MUNICIPALITIES IN MAJORCA.
For other municipalities in Majorca, orders will be sent cash on delivery via EXPRESS POSTAL SERVICE (Correos). The conditions for this type of delivery are the following:
- maximum weight per delivery: 20kg
- cash on delivery: surcharge of 2.67 euros (up to 3,000 euros)
- delivery will be 2 working days later (Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays are not working days) from the intake of the package at the office
- rate: 7.05 euros (fixed price) + surcharge of 0.41 euros per kilo
If you prefer, we can also send it to you as PAQUETE AZUL de Correos , whose characteristics are:
- delivery period: 3 to 5 working days
- price according to weight: up to 1kg, 5.50 euros: up to 2kg, 6.00 euros: up to
- 5kg, 7.05 euros: up to 10kg, 8.00 euros: up to 15kg, 10.50 euros: up to 20kg, 12.75 euros
- cash on delivery surcharge: 1.40 euros
- maximum dimensions of box: length+height+height=200cm, without the largest of the dimensions exceeding 100cm

PAYMENT
CASH ON DELIVERY PAYMENT:
Payment is made at the moment you receive the order at your home. This must always be made in cash and we would be grateful if you could have the correct amount at hand. For deliveries in Palma and adjoining municipalities there is no charge for using this system as we make the deliveries. For other municipalities, there is a surcharge of 2.67 euros if the Express Postal Service is used, or 1.40 euros if the delivery is to be made by the Paquete Azul de Correos method.
BANK TRANSFER:
This is a convenient method of payment when buying online. When you decide to pay with this system, upon finalising the order you can see the details necessary to make the transfer (our bank account number, etc.). In the document that you fill in, on making payment into the account, in the section CONCEPTO you should put your full name and the order reference number (we send the reference number to you in an e-mail automatically after you confirm the order).
PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD:
A fast, convenient and safe method. Payment is made via the website of the bank which means that animalsandcompany has no access to the bank details of the client.
PAYPAL: easy and safe payment method.
RETURNS
Returned items will be accepted within the 5 days following receipt, providing the article is in perfect condition and has not been manipulated, and the original packaging is retained. The charge for the return delivery shall be the responsibility of the client. Before making the return, the client should contact us via email.
Goods which are vulnerable to being copied or reproduced will not be accepted for return, such as books or DVDs, in accordance with current regulations.
In the event of returning goods, payment will be made within a period of 15 working days and any charges incurred due to the return shall be the responsibility of the client and will be made via the same transport company.
